Delivery

At Irsa, we offer worldwide delivery. For both local and international shipping, Ninja Van/Pos Laju/Aramex/Teleport Malaysia is our shipping partner. Your purchase will be shipped to you in 2 – 4 days from the day we receive the payment. You can track your shipping by visiting our respective partners’ website by entering your tracking number.

We process and ship all our orders 3 days a week, with the exception of weekends and Public holidays. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.

Exchange Eligibilities

  • Exchanges only apply to purchases made via our official website or physical outlets.

  • Items bought through marketplaces (Shopee, TikTok, Zalora) are strictly ineligible for exchange.

  • Timeframe: All exchange requests must be made in-person at our outlet within 3 days of receiving your parcel (online) or the date of purchase (offline).

  • Exclusions: Sale items are final and cannot be exchanged.

  • Item Condition: Returns must be in original condition: unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and unironed. All tags, labels, and spare buttons must remain attached.

  • Exchange Details: You may exchange for a different size or design. If the new item is cheaper than the original, the price difference is non-refundable. All exchanges are subject to stock availability.  We do not accept changes within different design and category.

  • Requirements: Must provide the email address and phone number used during registration.

Returns

Unfortunately, we do not accept refunds, unless the product has defect or mistake made on our side. Please ensure that all items are returned clean, unworn and have all of their tags and original packaging. Note that final discount items do not qualify for return.
